Logistic Assistant


Responsible for the day to day execution in order to support the local Logistics specialist

Your tasks:
• ensuring timely supply for OBI markets with company and compliance requirements (e.g . ADR)
• collection and registration of logistics data from OBI markets and logistics partners
• support for cross dock system and monitoring of cross docking shipments
• support for Transhipment operations of Import goods and monitoring of deliveries
• secure communication between Purchaising department, OBI markets and logistics partners
• support for implementing logistics projects
• solving problems with delivery of goods and delivery delays
• Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time


Your profile:
• at least 1 years experience in retail/ logistics management/transport and trucking service
• completed education in logistics
• communicative level of English. German is advantage
• flexibility
• good understanding of numbers
• analytical thinking
• good communication skills
• Computer literacy, to include MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Confident
• Adaptable / Flexible approach to work.
