The intern would be member of the Warranty Admin team and support the team in managing Eaton's warranty process and in particular during a transition of software systems.

FELADATOK
Main Duties:
Receiving the claim from the customer
Entering the claim to Eaton claim system checking v MFG PRO and other sources
Arranging with nominated carriers return of the products to the correct site/hub for investigation
Communicating with plants to get status updates
During the period of internship a new warranty system will be implemented
Supporting the team during the transition of software
Closing out claims in old system. New claims in the new system
Chasing for closure of residual claims
Updating customer portals as required.

CÉG BEMUTATÁSA
Eaton's EMEA Business Service Center (BSC) opened in July 2015 in Budapest, Hungary. It is the newest addition to Eaton's EMEA regional capability, helping to manage operations across the region through customer care, sales support, commercial management as well as internal functional support.
The BSC provides centralized Customer Care and Sales Support to customers and partners across the region for Hydraulics and Electrical businesses covering:
Sales Support: technical and application support, pre-sales quotations, inside sales support and product selection assistance to customers, end users, field sales, wholesalers, distributors and resellers as well as troubleshooting product problems / warranty.
Customer Order Service: commercial support including order management, order entry, price and availability, lead time, quality, logistics and billing coordination.
The BSC is a center for commercial and business management. Eaton’s Electrical Hungarian sales office is also hosted at Krisztina KP.
The BSC also provides assistance to Eaton’s corporate functions, including IT projects as well as HR Services, Supply Chain, Transfer Pricing, Treasury, Tax, Document Management, Accounting and Finance support.

FELTÉTEL
Ongoing studies at a Hungarian accredited university / colleague - Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business or related fields
Excellent English skills
Willingness to learn about the warranty admin handling process
Independent and proactive personality
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and willingness to learn and work with ERP systems (MFG Pro)
Being able to work 20-25 hours or more per week
