Job description, responsibilities and duties

One of our top clients is looking for open minded, enthusiastic, experienced HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist with hands on approach who is motivated to contribute to further growth of the company.

Would you like to use your knowledge and experience in Human Resources while working for international company?
Do you have experience in HR from international environment (personnel administration, HR processes, recruitment etc.?)
Are you ready for dynamic and multinational working environment?
Main responsibilities:
• Providing service delivery in recruitment and employment, new business, employee reassignment, personnel records, employee and/or labour relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and special projects.
• Management of recruitment processes.
• Coordinating and administering HR processes such as personnel administration, on-boarding of new employees, employee benefit programs, employee relations, leaves of absence, joining and leaving, personal details changes, etc.
• Supporting the whole employee life cycle within the company.
• Entering and maintaining employee information in HRIS systems to ensure that employee documentation is up to date.
• Acting as a liaison between employees and/or managers and the organization by interpreting personnel policies and procedures and resolving employee concerns.
• Responsibility for interpreting and advising on company policies and procedures for employees and managers.
• Driving and deploying HR procedures and policies and compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
• Reporting on regular basis.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

Hungarian - Proficiency (C2) and English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Relevant working experience in HR – at least 5 years
• Knowledge of Hungarian Labour Code and HR processes.
• Fluent knowledge of English and Hungarian native.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and self-motivated person.
• Strong internal customer focus.
• Very good analytical skills, stress resistance.
• Ability to work independently in a high paced working environment.
• Experience with project management is a plus.
