Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Country Manager you lead the team of Sales specialists. Your goal is to strengthen and develop the De Heus position in Hungary. You do this by leading the sales team in a professional motivating way, stimulating cooperation and customer focus and in facilitating professional development and personal growth. They will report directly to you. Together with Czech sector managers, you are responsible for executing the sales strategy and for increasing the sales on Hungarian market. You will report to Commercial manager CZ and you will work closely together with sector managers CZ

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Hungarian - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

You are able to bridge different cultures and to sustain and further develop the success of De Heus Kft. We expect you to be versatile and to successfully assist our business to grow in Hungary.
You have at least 5 years of experience in (technical) animal nutrition or animal protein value chain. People describe you as energetic, communicative, a leader and a people manager. You need to be fluent in English and Hungarian and willing to travel up to maximum 40% of your time.
