Your arena:

- Support in the creation of Portfolio Reports and presentations
- Collect project information from stakeholders of all business units
- Provide regular project reporting
- Ensure maintenance of consistent project information
- Conduct plausibility checks of project documents
- Validate information and deduce measures accordingly
- Identify and design new ways of project related procedures and tools
- Train your colleagues around the globe in our procedures
