One of our partner is looking for an office / personal assistant for his company which is trading with energy drinks internationally. This position offers positive work environment, work-life balance and great learning opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
  • Dealing with incoming calls and emails from business partners
  • Handling online orders
  • Organizing documentation and administration
  • Invoicing and financial administration
  • Accompanying the general manager to exhibitions and business meetings (occasionally traveling in Hungary or abroad if necessary)
  • Primary skills of online web communication 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat and webshop admins
  • Native Hungarian 
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
Where you will work:
  • Budapest, 5th district
