Job description, responsibilities and duties

HR Specialist is responsible for Employer Brand development in SK, talent attraction, recruitment, on-boarding, retention and off-boarding.
- Developing external and internal Employer Brand;
- Attracting new talents by promoting the company on job fairs, and other external activities;
- Implementing cooperation process with universities, IT communities, etc.
- Developing and maintaining strong corporate culture in SK office;
- Managing full cycle of recruiting process in all countries where delivery centers are presented;
- Maintaining of HRM system and corporate databases;
- Conducting on-boarding of new employees;
- Launching HR programs to increase employees’ engagement;
- Cooperating with employees and management regarding HR projects, policies and procedures;
- Maintaining a wide variety of company policies and programs;
- Regular reporting and statistics collecting.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and
Russian - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

- More than 1 year of experience in HR and 2+ years of recruitment in IT sphere;
- Knowledge of the best recruitment practices, understanding of SDLC, including technical requirements analysis;
- Higher education (specialist or master degree);
- Upper-intermediate level of English (both verbal and written);
- Proficiency in using of MS Office: Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of software tools for HR needs (CRM, JIRA, Confluence, Apex).
- Experience in verbal and written business communication;
