Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Professionally answers customer queries: mainly in written by e-mails, orders, online chats, occasionaly phone calls,
- Provides professional technical support to consumers based on strong product knowledge,
- Uses customer's and self owned systems according to the customers work instruction,
- Follows up emails, queries/orders/deliveries according to the customers work instruction
- Investigates problematic cases, shipments, requests
- Communicates with central/local/satellite warehouses, escalates issues to higher level
- Checks and solves issues escalated by the customer 

Working hours:
- customised schedule (office hours or shift work)
- full time and part-time (4-6 hours a day) positions

Job location:
Budapest IX. Népliget Center Offices (easy acces by Metro 3 and Tram 1, plus bus lines or by bicycle)

Salary information

brutto 275.000 - 375.000 HUF

English - Intermediate (B1) or German - Intermediate (B1) or Portuguese - Intermediate (B1) or French - Intermediate (B1) or Spanish - Intermediate (B1) or Dutch - Intermediate (B1) or Czech - Intermediate (B1) or Polish - Intermediate (B1)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

- Fluency in English or in any of the following languages: German / French / Spanish / Portuguese / Dutch
- Secondary education (College or university degree is an advantage)
- Very strong customer focus,
- Good communication skills
- PC literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially in Excel,; SAP or any Oracle based system knowledge is an advantage
