Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description/ Purpose
Check, execute, solve (where appropriate), and creates tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery order (DO)) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs.

Accountabilities
Generic accountabilities:
Operative interface between TSSK employees and Internal IT
Check, execute, solve (where appropriate), and creates tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery order (DO)) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs.
Plans, controls and is responsible for complete HW and application-based request fulfilment.
Coordinates incident, problem, change, escalation management and operational documentation
Coordinates customer-driven and / or technical changes during service lifecycle

Job specific accountabilities:
execute, solve and creates tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, service requests) in order to maintain service to internal customers according to given quality KPI's in Service portal and SM9 according to standard ITIL process
prepare and maintain HW for newcomers and daily operation
install of defined images, and anti-virus sw
maintain and troubleshoot application in IIT responsibility
prepare and maintain documentation and how to guides for TSSK
prepare and maintain application documentation and installation guides
share knowledge with other IIT colleagues
participate in internal and external projects as technical support
maintain printer services
perform performance test of HW and Local Architecture
