Job description, responsibilities and duties

Solution Delivery / Engineering & Systems Management SK

Dynamic Platform Services – Solution Delivery department provides ICT monitoring solutions and service integration for whole infrastructure components of customer IT (servers, applications, databases, middleware, and network components). Main portfolio includes four services like Event Management, Resource Monitoring, Resource discovery and Data Warehousing. DPS Solution delivery provides service to Global-International customers to all continents.

ICT Administrator I

ICT Administrator I provides basic support for Systems Management applications (Monitoring tools, event management, resource discovery, automation). Career path of ICT Administrator in Solution Delivery department is great opportunity to gain experience in many important IT areas (OS platforms, DB, Networking, Monitoring tools, ITIL, Scripting, Reporting)

Accountabilities
Generic accountabilities:
•Independently check, execute, solve (where appropriate), and creates tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery order (DO)) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs and according to internal processes (INM, CHM, PRM, DOM) .
•Execute project and other deliverables in order to fulfil KPIs and management requests.
•Smooth and uninterrupted operation of customers’ environment.
•Conformity with the internal work instructions and process guidelines within T-Systems.
•Follow the defined escalation standards in case of deviations.
•Participate on regular and/or irregular communication with colleagues in an international environment to ensure operational goals.
•Create, change and delete user accounts.
•Coordinates the use of internal technical support and vendor support to ensure troubleshooting, maintenance, and an efficient end-user support.
