Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main responsibilities:
• To organize, support in staffing, administer and control all coordination functions during the installation / turnover program at the Mochovce 3&4 Project.
• To ensure that all Construction activities performed by the various Contractors and Site Departments are carried out in accordance with the Project objectives of schedule.
• Cooperate and coordinate interface construction activities with other department Turnover management, Pre Turnover Team, Commissioning involved in the Project while ensuring maximum efficiency in the work progress according the schedule.

General tasks:
• Assure with construction department that process of completion system and turnover accordance with the Project Schedule and contract agreements.
• To provide support, to Supervisors, as required, so organize the interface between other department
• Coordinate the interface solution task between Construction, TO Group, PTT, Commissioning to allow minimum interference and optimize the process
• Assist the Site Management on planning and scheduling of the work
• Establish department relationships so that departmental functions may be performed effectively
• To set-up monitoring so Project objectives can be monitored and action taken when necessary

Requirements for the employee

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence


Personality requirements and skills

Experience and qualification:
• Senior engineer with minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the coordination and installation activities on at least one nuclear and/or major Construction Project.
• Qualified individual with a College degree and at least 7 years of experience in a managerial position in the coordination and installation activities on at least one nuclear station and/or major construction projects.
• Qualified individual with at least 10 years of experience in a managerial position in the coordination and installation activities on a nuclear and/ or major construction project.

Soft skills:
• Responsible for work activities and ways to meet the Project Schedule.
• Must show a lot of initiative in establishing, implementing and controlling the installation activities under his responsibilities.
• Must be able to convey and persuasively present ideas for the benefit of the overall Project completion
• Accountable for coordination interface progress of the work within and shall be able to meet the Project Schedule.
• Strong communication: Must be able to communicate effectively with, staff, Contractor or other department partners in the Project.
• Relates to the Site General Manager all matters of importance.
• PC Literacy: knowledge Microsoft Office package, management excel sheet
• Language skills: English language is mandatory; knowledge of Slovak language is a definite asset
