French Speaking Commercial Analyst

Our partner is one of the world’s leading providers of communications solutions and services operating in 170 countries. They are are looking for talents to join their team as Commercial Analyst.

Key Responsibilites

• Supporting Commercial Managers, Contract Managers and Business Managers based on the agreed scope of work
• Performing tasks that contribute to the development of a proposition or performance of the contract
• Regular interface with the customer and indirect contact via senior Client Management roles
• Providing functions such as data collection, document management, data and service tracking
• Building and maintaining inventories, tracking changes, cost control and dispute activities, reporting discrepancy, preparing on-demand reports for the contracts
• Invoice tracking and invoice reconciliation, preparing finance reports
• Reporting


• University or college degree
• Excellent English and French level is a must
• Relevant experience of finance, customer service management / delivery, relationship management, project management
• Ability to handle many streams of information and control inputs into a document prior to production
• Confident operating up to management levels both internally or externally
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Capable of taking initiatives and understanding of the business impact of the role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of SharePoint is an advantage
• Sense of ownership and accountability.
