Lead Service Designer

Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence. Its activities include the provision of networked IT services globally.

Key Responsibilites

- Lead the Service Design work stream activity and be accountable for the end-to-end service design
- Work collaboratively (accross company's lines of business / external suppliers) to create innovative solutions
- Ensure that solutions are aligned with the relevant governance, compliance assurance processes
- Ensure that the solution costs accurately reflect the approved solution design
- Have responsibility for all aspects of the E2E Service Design

Requirements

Must-have skills:
- ITIL Foundation accreditation
- Minimum five years experience in telecommunication industry
- Excellent English is a must +1 other European language is an advantage
- Enthusiastic and pro-active personality

Desirable skills/Advantages:
- Affinity to technology
- Understanding of the IT products
