Junior Accounts Payable Team Member-German/Slovak/Czech/Italian in Budapest

Key Responsibilites

-Processing invoices from receipt till the payment;
-Taking ownership for the end-to-end accounts payable process;
-Keeping contact with the clients' finance teams and other internal departments
-Preparing and booking of both manual and automatic payments to vendors in multi-country environment;
-Proactively supporting the month end, year-end closing with AP activities on time;
-Preparing AP reports and monitoring, based on AP processes;

Requirements

-University degree in Economics or Finance or interest in this field or experience in SSC environment
-Excellent English and German/Slovak/Czech/Italian language knowledge both in written and spoken is a must
-Good communication skills
-Motivated, energetic attitude and ability to adapt to changes
