A multinational company providing financial and legal services to its clients is now looking for an experienced Receptionist

Key Responsibilites

Your tasks will be:
- handling the incoming telephone calls,
- handling the day to day mail (collecting, sorting, distributing,
sending by courier or normal post),
- handling the ordering of different office supplies,
- keep the reception and the office space in order,
- sending faxes, copying,
- arranging translation, legalization, etc.,
- secretarial work: upon requests preparing faxes, letters,
reports and filing,
- maintaining the database,
- cooperation with the office manager,
- any other activities in relation to the reception


- 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist
- excellent level of English (communication with clients only in
- outstanding communication skills
- confident and agile personality
- proactive and hands-on mentality
- stable and calm attitude towards ad-hoc tasks
