Spanish Speaking Administrative Associate

Our client is one of the leading global financial services company, has some 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 100 countries, providing consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with a broad range of financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, and wealth management.

Key Responsibilites

- Quality and timely processing of non-PO invoices and PO invoices
- Responsible for settlement of all employee expense claims
- Keeping contact with the bank's internal external customers
- Assist in audit and compliance efforts
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Project related tasks, including but not limited to system implementations and process reengineering

Requirements

- BSc degree is an advantage
- Good command of English + Spanish
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Accuracy, attention to detail and good time management skills
- Excellent team player
- Experience in Accounts Payables is a plus
