HR Specialist

On behalf of our client we are looking for an HR Specialist who plays an important role in the quality and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilites

- Being the first point of contact for local partners, follow up on regulation changes, ensuring that changes be implemented
- Preparing employment contracts, contract modifications and terminations
- Supporting the entry and exit procedure
- Maintaining employee records and personal files, including the maintenance of HRIS database
- Providing customer service to all employees in payroll, labor administration, personal taxation and social security matters
- Cooperating with and controlling outsourced payroll partner
- Preparation of payroll inputs, control of payroll calculations, preparation of salary transfers, answering employee queries regarding salary questions
- Preparation of regular and ad hoc HR reports
- Supporting the immigration procedure
- Involvement in HR projects, such as process improvements, HR system development and supporting projects in other HR Specialist areas
- Conducting interviews and tests during the selection process
- Participating in the induction program, responsible for HR related induction and Company representation towards new-comers


- College or University degree
- Work experience: 2-3 years in similar position
- Capability to understand complex issues and procedures
- Good communication skills
- Empathy and customer focused attitude
- Attention to details, good with numbers
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent English
- Availability for occasional international travel
