HR Recruiter with Italian language

Our client is one of the biggest telecommunication company, looking for candidates with English and Italian language knowledge and experience in Recruitment.

Key Responsibilites

-Responsible for end to end recruitment delivery for all internal and external roles within your specified geography: Benelux countries, Switzerland and Italy

-Work with hiring manager to clarify vacancy requirement

-Post vacancies on internal and external channels or via third parties if appropriate

-Initial CV review, pre-screening, create shortlist

-Contacting and interviewing prospective candidates

-Conducting HR level interviews with final candidate

-Onboarding and induction


We are looking for you, if you have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Experience in delivery of direct sourcing
- at least 1 year of experience within the field of Recruitment or HR
- fluent English and Italian language knowledge is a must
- Good problem solving skills
