Key Responsibilites

• providing value-added advice to clients regarding transaction risks, valuation and sale purchase agreements
• participating in financial due diligence projects
• gathering and processing business and other financial information
• analyzing financial statements, summarizing contracts, performing complex analyses
• preparation of reports and project documentation

Requirements

• college or university degree specialized in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• 1 to 4 years relevant experience in the field of Transaction Services or Audit
• Business English knowledge
• very strong analytical and communication skills with a logical mindset
• independent and creative personality
• strong team-player attitude
• strong Excel knowledge
