Sales Manager

On behalf of our startup Client we are looking for a Sales Manager with people management experience and entrepreneurial attitude. It is an advantage if you gained your experience in tourism or at an FMCG company.

Key Responsibilites

- optimizing sales flowcharts and funnels
- managing the telesales team (remote manage a team of 3 in the Netherlands)
- acquiring new clients
- scoring multiyear catering contracts
- building up a network with startups/multinational companies
- forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
- monitoring the market and the competitors
- mentoring the sales teammembers


- enterprenurial and sales driven attitude
- fluent business English
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales
- people management/mentoring/coaching experience
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- use of SalesForce or Pipedrive is an advantage
