Receiving end user calls
Provide first level resolutions
Ticket creation/ categorization/ prioritization
Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
Incident resolution and recovery
Excellent English language knowledge is a must
Any other European language is also a must (preferably German)
Knowledge on operations/service delivery and ability to manage critical situations with minimum supervision
Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team
Strong keyboard skills
Fresh graduates also welcomed!
