Key Responsibilites

The Dispute Management and Collection Specialist is responsible for executing the collection / dunning activities to make sure that the company’s cash flow position is improved and AR aged balances are followed up regularly and the necessary actions are taken. As an AR expert with a broad spectrum of activities he will be also involved in customer query resolution. The position reports to the Dispute Management and Collections Team Leader.

Requirements

Degree in Economics or Finance
2+ years of relevant work experience
Fluent English and German knowledge
Solid MS excel knowledge is required
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Customer –focus mindset and problem solving attitude
