Digital Experience Manager

Our prestigious multinational partner is looking for an experienced professional with an extended experience in digital marketing. She/he is responsible for setting up and managing digital strategy and tactics, and incorporating it into brand communication.

Key Responsibilites

- Responsible for digital strategy, comprehensive integrated marketing and strategic communication programs with emphasis on digital ecosystem
- Shapes digital communication and social media strategy and tactics by managing tools and understands consumer behaviour
- Develops standards, processes, systems and best practices
- Implements new tools technologies
- Ensures that digital and social media/content communication channels deliver towards business goals
- Translates consumer insights and behavior
- Strongly cooperates with the marketing department (campaigns, know hows, effectiveness, development of the branch, digital trainings)
- Closely cooperates with agencies
- Handles digital budget


- Fluent English language knowledge
- At least 5 years experiences in digital marketing
- Working on both client and agency side is an advantage
- Direct knowledge and experience with analytical, media and other online tools
- Capability to manage stakeholders
- Analytical, goal-oriented mindset
- Effective, persuasive communication
- Proactive, positive attitude
- A deep understanding of online strategy and online tools, newest technologies and its role in integrated marketing campaigns
- Deep technical understanding
