Junior Sourcing Recruiter
Our business partner is seeking new Junior Sourcing Recruiters to join their young, dynamic and international team.
We are looking for someone who can think outside of the box, likes to be surrounded by a young, friendly and diverse team and is a proactive person.
- Source, attract and interview active and passive candidates by phone and/or over Skype
- Actively source candidates utilizing job boards, social media (e.g.LinkedIn,Facebook,Instagram,etc) and network
- Create candidate pool by warm and cold calling candidates
- Be a sourcing ninja in finding and hunting down the best talents throughout Europe
- Write assessments after the interviews
- Continuously look for new resourceful sourcing strategies
- Native or close to native knowledge in English AND Dutch OR GERMAN OR FRENCH (as you'll deal with native speakers on a daily basis)
- active social media user (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIN, Instagram, etc.)
- International experience is an advantage (scholarship, work experience, volunteering, gap year abroad etc.),
- Be proactive, social and communicative
