Sales assistant

We are looking for a Sales assistant for our multinational client into their office located in Budapest. The company is specialized in producing and selling products in the field of electronics, information technology and telecommunication.

Key Responsibilites

- contract management
- invoice management
- prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
- daily support of the sales manager, key account product managers and logistics colleagues


- good communication skills
- able to manage the internal stakeholders
- precise and effective way of working
- experienced in Excel and PPT
- good command of English
- native Hungarian
- experience in administration tasks is a benefit
- well structured, organized way of thinking
- open, honest personality
- teamplayer, but able to work independently
