This is a chance for you to learn more about the Order Document Intake process. In your role, you will provide support for the process that ensures our clients receive the right products on time. Your task will be to quickly and accurately evaluate incoming documents in English. You will process medical documentation, and carry out data entry and validation processes. Either you will have to create new orders or attach documents to existing ones. You will be responsible for keeping a time frame (20 minutes for new orders) while processing the orders which are entered in the system.
You possess a high school diploma or equivalent (no special certification is required)
You have 10-key and keyboard abilities
You speak English at least at intermediate level
You are able to pay attention to details and to enter data accurately
You are a team-worker with good interpersonal skills
You are flexible to work in shifts between 2 pm and 2 am
