Lead Service Delivery Manager - AR

Our Partner, operating in the FMCG industry is looking for a talented professional, who would be responsible for managing the whole Accounts Receivable department for it's freshly established SSC.

Key Responsibilites

-Design, manage and optimize the organization and execution of the Accounts Receivable administrations and processes
-Develop the strategy for the Accounts Receivable process and contribute to the development of the strategy
-Manage the active credit management role of the AR department in the credit risk procedures
-Manage the standardization and implementation of (new) policies regarding customer risk assessment and credit limit management
-Ensure periodical financial and KPI reports regarding Accounts Receivable and Cash Flow, according to defined formats and procedures and local legislation
-Lead, coach, develop and appraise Team managers and Process manager within the Accounts Receivable team
-Continuously work to improve Accounts Receivable processes through technology or quality improvements
-Preparation and advise the financial auditor on bad debts, provisions and depreciation accounts receivable


-University degree in Finance / Accounting
-At least 6 years of experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role
-Deep understanding of financial processes (with a focus on AR)
-Prior credit management experience
-Strong people management skills
-Knowledge of governmental, legal and regulatory provisions related to collection activity
-Fluent English knowledge
