Property Management Team Leader

Our client is a large, international service providing company that has recently launched several large-scale projects. We are looking for a new team member for the following position: Property Management Team Leader

Key Responsibilites

- Daily management of existing Property tenants, maintain contacts, coordinate tenants requirements related to their operations on-airport
- Coordination with other departments, i.e. Finance, Procurement, Legal, Technical and Maintenance team(one face to the customer).
- Coordination of internal administrative tasks
- Managing a small team of property key account managers.


- College or University degree preferably in Technical (building engineering)
- High Proficiency in English and Hungarian
- 5 years’ experience in a facility or property management position

- Strong customer orientated approach
- Experienced PC user and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack
- Experienced user of spreadsheets and understanding of economic environments
- Team leader experiance, non-authoritarian behavior
- Cultivates strong working relationships and team spirit
- Capable of structured thinking
- Experience in SAP
