Slovenian speaking Customer Relations Representative

Our multinational client, who is one of the key players in the delivery sector, is looking for a Slovenian, English and preferably Hungarian speaking Customer Relakills.

Key Responsibilites

You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and thereby contributing to the achievement of the company’s business goals:
- Respond to customer calls/communications
- Provide optimum services, information and advice to our customers
- Perform traces and problem resolution

Requirements

We are looking for a friendly, results-focused and self-organized individual with experience in a customer/public facing role and in providing information or services. In detail, you should fulfil the following requirements:
-Fluent in written and spoken Slovenian and good command of English
- Hungarian is an advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good telephone skills, able to listen patiently and remain focused throughout the conversation
- Good customer care skills – able to empathize, with a natural ability to help and support, including commitment to follow through
- Good information processing skills – able to react promptly to a situation and listen, think, type or search simultaneously
-Good team working skills with the ability to contribute to effective team performance
- Good reasoning ability
- Methodical and accurate with attention to detail
- Good PC skills (MS Office package)
