Junior Learning and Development Specialist

Key Responsibilites

- Manage the Learning Development strategy through the management of the Induction program
- Follow up campaigns, and the logistic support of individual trainings
- Talent acquisition for several positions: end to end recruitment process to the Eastern Europe Cluster
- Support the implementation of the individual development plan campaign, follow-up campaigns
- Support the company to learn from day-to-day activities use best tools; equip team leaders to develop their teams
- Animate and support in organizing several learning programs
- Co-build recruitment process with HRBP and team leaders
- Master talent market knowledge and local talent competition analysis
- Contribute to localization activates employer branding for targeted communities


- Bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
- At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience
- Fluency in English and Hungarian, spoken and written
- Communicative and open
- Building relationships and pro-active
- Dynamic, agile attitude
