Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Manage key customer relationships – “in-house” logistics and warehouse activities nonincluded distribution
• Modelling and balancing manufacturing and storage capability with customer demand and ensures outstanding service levels at the lowest working capital
• Manage logistics operations including financial return
• Facilitate and optimize logistic planning tools
• Manage logistic planning team approx. 15 employees
• Close cooperation with client production site
• Participate on development of European strategies within Logistics and Customer Services
• Demand planning, master production scheduling and inventory levels

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Logistics or Economic

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and
Hungarian - Advanced (C1)

Administrative and economic skills

Invoicing - advanced
Warehouse management - advanced

Driving licence


Personality requirements and skills

• Secondary or University degree (in Logistics is advantage)
• Advanced in English and fluent Hungarian is a must
• Min. 3 years of work experience in Warehouse Management and Production (food segment is a big advantage)
• Experience in management & optimization of internal logistics processes within production facility
• Experience in Demand Management, co-packing and Project Management is a big advantage
• Experience in implementation of Warehouse Management system
• Extensive negotiation skills
• Experience in people management and leadership
• Driving licence B
