For our international market leader manufacturing company we are seeking Candidates for the following role:


Spare Parts Inventory Administrator(Reference number: PJ5070)



Job description



  • Continuous qualitative and quantitative supervision over the spare parts inventories together with stockkeepers of these spare parts (on site or through NAVISION)

  • Requests for pricing offers according to the purchase order, their assessment and looking for new supply sources

  • Cooperation with Strategic collectors and employees in charge of purchases, assistance in case of on-time orders' issuance

  • Organizing and monitoring of supplied spare parts and materials, coordination of takeover

  • Auditing of spare parts inventory in warehouse and mobile warehouse in the NAVISION system, including mandatory tasks, regarding records and summaries, completion of auditing documents, assistance amid recording auditing deviations in a protocol and their monitoring

  • Monitoring of possible spare parts' shortages (on market or workshop) (on site or according to the NAVISION system) and assistance during their fast solution

  • Complete invoicing agenda, cooperation with Finance Department, solving possible accounting or payment problems by correcting orders, receipts and making cancellations

  • Supervision over consignment inventories, monitoring of used consignment items and consulting with Finance Department and suppliers

  • In cooperation with the CC team, to perform updates, repairs and maintenance of master data

  • Technical experience in the area of inventories management, general technical skills, 0-1 year
