Junior Team Lead with German language

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for person who will manage and organize a work of team supporting our German clients. The main responsibilities are as follows:

• Ensures efficient use of resources by coaching, monitoring and assigning the work to team members and manages workload.
• Sets targets and monitors team progress.
• Ensures high quality and fulfillment of tasks within given deadlines.
• Reports and develops team performance according to steering indicators (Key performance indicators).
• Makes significant contributions to the process improvements and works on constant building of relevant knowledge.
• Motivates employees, helps in establishing their development, plans and manages their performance.
• Actively pursues relationships with KONE units.
• Solves ad-hoc daily business issues together with employees.
• On the top of Leadership responsibilities creates maintains and administers data
• Ensures the data input is correctly completed
• Executes quality checks at various stages of the process and keeps the quality statistics up to date

Personality requirements and skills

Experience in leadership position at least 1 year
Experience in organizing the work of subordinates
German - Advanced language skills
English – intermediate
Microsoft Office - advanced
SAP experience - is an advantage
Creative and analytical problem solver
Strong decision making skills
Self – driven, punctual with attention to details
Strong Team player, flexible
Customer – oriented
