Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Role purpose: Coordinate and take part handling of full lifecycle (design – implement – operate – rollout) of Service Quality related applications and complex short and long term reporting.

1. Design applications and reports as needed:
Prepare detailed design and fine-tune on other groups feedback
Keep knowledge base information up to date for customers and for the group itself

2. Develop applications and reports:
Upon detailed design implement/supervise external implementation for new/updated product
Verify product before installation whether complies specification
Test application involving relevant groups and fine tune if necessary
Finalize/Validate received documentation (install, test, user, operation and alarm guides)

3. Development:
Gather and prioritize development needs with involved other groups
Coordinate and prepare specification for application or report
Make active role in expanding specification into detailed design
Follow implementation and operation to keep project goals and timing
Support other groups in solving deep functional reengineering problems
Consult with other group managers periodically for they additional needs proactively
Play active role to get ideas for further developments

4. Monitor developments for further needs and roll out:
Collect feedback (bug reports improvement proposals) and use it for new development design
Initiate development related to rolling out platforms and changing environment

Personality requirements and skills

Bachelor or Masters degree in Telecommunications or IT
MS-SQL database
Java-script, PHP programming knowledge’s
Broad Service Assurance background with emphasis on development and support cycle related methodologies (ITIL)
1 year work experience in development
Intermediate spoken and written English
Excellent computer skills
Project Management skills
Highly motivated autonomous individual with a strategic insight on business needs.
Outstanding communication and relationship building skills.
Focused on timely delivery of results while able to judge and make compromise when and where needed.
Strong desire to satisfy internal customer needs in high quality.
