After Sales Advisor


  • DOA management
  • European sales persons contact
  • Manage partners and spare parts
  • Keep in contact with customers
  • Liaison with the manufacturer (in English)
  • Handle incoming calls and e-mails
  • Various administrative tasks


  • Highly professional customer service skills both in verbal and written form
  • Technical affinity
  • Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written
  • Great communication skills both in verbal and written form
  • Ability to work both independently and also in a team
  • Basic computer skills
  • High stress tolerance
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Punctuality and precision, especially in administration


  • Experience in customer relations
